Submit a Nomination

We understand and appreciate the work necessary for submitting a solid nomination. We also know that those who go through the process are often amazed at how revealing it was. They knew they were doing good work, but when they put it on paper, it became clear they were doing great work.

If you need more information or have questions about writing up a nomination, you can contact Sasha Stone at 416-923-2324, ext. 347 or via email at sstone@hrpa.ca.

Step #1

Consider which category is most appropriate for your entry.

categories page Categories Page

Note that nominations for certain categories are for individuals and others are for individuals as well as teams or organizations. It is recognized that achievements are the result of efforts of many people and the HR Summit Awards seek to recognize both individuals and teams in making such achievements possible.

Please note: Permission of individual/team nominated is required.  An e-mail will be sent advising them they have been nominated.

Step #2

Create an Account

In order to make a submission you must create an account with your details. You will only have to create one account to submit multiple nominations.

Step #3

Choose the category your entry will be nominated in.

You will be able to view the details of the category before you decide.

Step #4

Enter Nominee’s Contact Information

Enter the nominee’s or team's information.

Please Note: An individual or team can only be nominated once to each category. If the individual or team you wish to nominate to a certain category has already been entered, you will be able to add your support to that nomination, once it has been approved. You will be able to complete step 5 explained below.

*You may upload as many documents as you like. Each uploaded file can be no more than 10MB in size. Only PDF documents will be accepted. If you currently do not have the ability to convert your files to the PDF format, click here to download a free PDF converter.

Step #7

Once you have entered all the required information, you will have one more chance to review and edit your content. By completing the nomination, you will send it to be approved. You will receive an email once your nomination has been approved. An email will also be sent to the individual or team leader you nominated. Please make sure the information you supply is accurate before completing it.
